Who we are
A Winnipeg ministry, built by survivors
StCF Services is a Winnipeg-based, survivor-led nonprofit providing trauma-informed care for women impacted by exploitation, addiction, or those simply seeking support. Motivated by our Christian faith, our work focuses on recovery, life-skills development, trauma wellness, exiting support, and practical help that stabilizes daily life and builds confidence.
What we do
Support without judgment or prejudice
Our services are varied, built to suit those who want support from an experiential and educated survivor’s viewpoint — from trauma wellness training in CBT, conflict resolution, relapse prevention and emotional regulation, to practical, everyday help.
The four core components of that care are built around the medicine wheel — emotional, physical, mental and spiritual — giving women the tools and capacity to move forward.

We exist to support and empower experiential women who have experienced any form of exploitation — connecting with community and networking with other agencies who aid women, so no one is limited to a single point of support.
Statement of Faith
We have adopted the Nicene Creed as our statement of faith. Spiritual care at StCF is always voluntary and offered without pressure.
Meet Our Founder
StCF Services was founded by Shona Stewart (B.A., A.A. TESOL, Chaplain) — a survivor leader with decades of frontline experience, education and ministry involvement.

StCF is a Registered Charity based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
